Dear Mr. Tak-Kad Thank you for your comment! SAMOSA is typical nepal snacks, not side dish. Inside, there is mashed potato and green piece etc. seasoned with spices. Actually, it's very hot, so I couldn't finish all at first time I tried it. But gradually I get used it and now finish all.
In Hiroshima, you can taste SAMOSA at all indian restaurant and ピーカントンズスーク cafe near the YMCA. Please try it! It's very tasty.(I am sure that Japanese samosa is not that hot.)
I have updated many articles because I want more Japanese people know about Nepal. Although internet environment is not that bad, here we don't have electricity for 11 hrs/day. So I just tried to catch the chance for updating articles.

Samosa, I think it is a kind of the side dish.
You mentioned that is a kind of cake.
Is it just like a YAMUCHA in China?
BTW, the internet of my house has been changed to FTH at last.
It is faster than previous Internet Line, and it is comfortable.
From the fact that your blog is updated so often, I can imagine the internet environment in Nepal is not so bad.
Thank you for your comment!
